TOP 10 EXCUSES TO SKIP CLASS

1.     "I WOKE UP LATE THIS MORNING TEACHER BECAUSE...”

Students always use this excuses to the teacher as if they told the teacher they woke up late (example at 8 or 9 a.m.) the teacher cannot do nothing and they won't scold you. Better do not come to school , or you will getting demerits or punishment from school. 😂

2.     I MISSED MY SCHOOL VAN/BUS THIS MORNING

Yes, this is basically the safest sentence or answer from the students to the teacher in charge. Eighty percents ( 80%) students in Malaysia used school van or bus services as their parents are working and need to leave the house early in the morning which is before 6 a.m. If the students missed their school transportation , they would have no choice for not going to school unless, their house is just a stone's throw away from school.

3.     I AM  NOT WELL

Most of the student will give this reason because the dont have any excuses to give when they are skip the class.Actually they are lazy to come the class and they will go to nearby private clinic to get the mc letter because so many private clinic nowadays selling their mc for cheapest price.Sometimes they will prepare the formal letter by their own and do the fake signature of their parents.

4.     I HAVE AN EMERGENCY

Student will give this reason because they didn't finish their work or assignment yet.So many student will said I need to go back hometown because my relatives  is not well.I need to follow my parents because my father can"t drive too far.

5.     I LIVE TOO FAR AWAY

Most student that live far from their studying place and late for their classes will make this kind of excuses as there is no problem whatsoever to reach their destination far away. These kind of excuses also is one of the most used excuses by students who are late and resulting them to just skip their classes.

6.     STUDENTS HATE THEIR TEACHER / LECTURER

Students that hate their lecturer tend to avoid their classes just because of that reason. Some student just thinks it is okay to skip classes because they dont like their lecturer.

7.     I SLEEP LATE LAST NIGHT

This is a very common to all the students due to the assignment and studying for test so I couldn’t attend the classes. I was very tired and need more sleep. It is really relatable and probably every students had to use this excuse. For the morning class, students might skip the class because don’t get the feel to go to the class due to finishing the assignment.

8.     TRAFFIC JAM

Every day, there will be a traffic jam on the street. The hectic metropolitan cities are often face this problem. Students who are living in the cities had to face this problem and going to skip classes.The class will starts in 5 minutes but still stuck in the traffic jam so the students will intentionally skip the classes because couldn’t face the traffic jam anymore.

9.     I HAVE TO ATTEND AN EVENT

Some students use this reason if they skip class. As an example, some students will said that they have to attend wedding ceremony of their relative or any reasonable event that make teacher believe it.

Another large reason why students skip class is because of scheduled appointments. Not entirely a reason to skip class but it is a large percentage of why students having to skip class due to certain appointment that happen during the school day.

Students should not skip class with unreasonable reasons. If it is important to inform the lecturer or classmate. Furthermore, students should not cheat if they are not present in the classroom because finding excuses frequently and cheating are not a blessing. Success comes from a dedication of hardwork. Prove to yourself that you can success in life.
